While everyone’s buzzing about the top first round picks in the 2009 NBA Draft, there may be a few who fell through to the second round and deserve to stay on the radar. If history has taught us anything, we’ve witnessed some 2nd rounders who have proven themselves to be necessary components in this game. Dennis Rodman, Jeff Hornacek, Mark Price ring a bell?
