What do Sasha Vujacic, Anderson Varejao, and Joakim Noah have in common? Sure, they’ve all made it to the first round of playoffs. But we’re talking something else. Could it have something to do with their basketball form, shot-blocking skills, or rebounding tenacity? How about the one thing that possibly gives them more aerodynamics on the court and maybe even more game with the ladies off the court (or not). Could it be… their proud locks that garner so much attention while they’re running up the court? Vujacic who has been adorned the Machine by devout fans, plays besides his fellow Laker bench mobsters with long, wispy hair unscathed after each shot, but let’s stop there before this post takes a wrong turn. Does Sasha currently have the best hair in the league? Think Anderson Varejao’s voluminous head of hair tops the cake? Or does Joakim’s hair glisten under the United Center arena lights? Here’s a list of the NBA’s eye-catching hair-do’s, and maybe even some hair-don’ts. Check out the contenders and we’ll let you be the judge!

From Mohawks to Mo’ Game!
These guys have brought the Mohawk back in style as fast as Kanye re-rockin’ the denim jacket. If you can play ball, AND look fly sporting the mohawk, you’ve got it made like these guys. Hate on the mohawk, and you’ll have to answer to Mr. T.

The more I see Sasha and Scola, I see double! They’re like twins?!
[...] Everyone’s entitled to their own opinions, and we certainly respect and enjoy whatever Ron decides to do with his hair. Let’s get this straight, it’s HIS hair, and he’s entitled to do what he wants, so long as it’s not offensive. People get inked all the time, what’s not to love about hair carving? Speaking of love for hair, don’t forget our collection of Best Hair in the NBA. [...]
Nash could be included up there…
